"Ikat" means "tied" or "bound" in the Malay language which describes the process. Through common usage the word has come to describe both the process and the cloth itself. Ikats have been woven in cultures all over the world.
Now Wearing:
- Ikat-printed jersey-knit dress, shortened & hemmed. (Thrift Town)
- "Talbots" brown woven leather bag, (Thrift Town)
- "Nine West" black leather gladiator sandals, (last summer, Macy's)
such a cute print on this dress. Love it
