Last week, I took a break from people watching, and spent an afternoon near the duck pond in McKinley Park. Water fowl may not know a lot about fashion, having no closets to house their "it" bags, or this season's trending leopard prints & fun furs, but they do know a thing or two on style. Notice how diverse the crowd is by the duck pond. All sorts mingle and mill about, all dressed to express sartorial style of the species. Beautiful things, birds are. Much better watching than television.

I go a little crazy in my iPhoto setting. I adjust the contrast and play with the color saturation until it has the right quality. I was going for a painterly quality. And thank you!
