Kara of Crimson & Clover stopped by Sunday to show her support. What a fox.

Blogger Melody Stone shows off the best polka dot dress ever.
Friends, I am just too tired to even give you the spiel about what a GREAT weekend this has been. 3 days of celebration and what a wonderful show of support. We got so much positive feedback and had a blast hanging out at the studio, drinking tea, and noshing with friends. Vintage was by the roomful, and many found a good home. Thanks to all who came, who shopped, who conquered our hearts.

  6. Thanks for the peeks! Looks like lots of treasures to explore. I wish I could paw through that bronzey bin of purses, in particular. That polka dot dress would be such an enjoyable thing to swan about in, by itself in the summer or with a cardi in the other seasons.

  7. @Jemina: YOU and YOUR deliriously sweet words of support MEAN SO MUCH to me! Thank you amiga, for all you do!

@Sacramento: you would have been such a delightful addition to the weekend. One day, I hope Sacramento shops Sacramento!

@Butter. Thank you! The artist is a great talent! She donated several large paintings to color up the shop. She's originally from here, but lives in Seattle. I should mention that I love her like a sister, and I'm lucky to call her my cousin.

@Comtesse: it is SO your kind of shop! And you are so my kind of peeps!

@Marta: Yes. And hanging with me better be on that to do list too!

@Clouds: It was hard to part with the dress, but it fit Melody so perfectly, I had to let it go.

  9. Hi Bella! it looks like a wonderful event, i'm sorry we couldn't be there. i was especially thinking about you last nite - mr. e & i were browsing in a bookstore and he showed me a picture book of artist's studio/living spaces. i'd seen some pix of your space in your archives, and i immediately thought 'Citizen's Rosebud's space is so much cooler than any of this!'

i'm keeping an eye out for future events, as we can get up to Sacramento as long as we have a free weekend. Congratulations on your opening!!!

    (& * !!!TY!!! * for the blogroll mention - i hyperventilated in that post's comments : ) steph
