A big thank-you to all you well wishers out there. And an extra big DANKE to those who showed their support this weekend at the new Citizen Rosebud Headquarters. And to the sweet and lovely Lindsay who played perfect hostess offering everybody tea and cookies and making everyone feel at ease in her studio. I am exhausted, but elated. I am immensely touched by all the positive feedback and the support shown me by my friends. THANK YOU!
I am now going to put some unglamourous 'jammies on and watch Babs do her magic in Funny Face. G'night all. I'll share my adventures with you by Monday! Now Wearing:

Beautiful beautiful dress and I love the way you've combined it with the 'popsocks' (that's what we call knee-high nylons in Ireland anyway)

Amazing! You remind me of the little old ladies in Andalucia (for whom I have a big soft spot) with their polka dot dresses, stack heeled shoes and knee high sheer tights! In a good way that is! The dress and hat are very cute. You're just missing a little wooden painted fan now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and your comment! Hope you find some mariachi trousers.
Thank you ladies. LOL: 'gran-tastic!"
ReplyDeleteVeshoevisus: I take it as a total complement. I search (knee) high and low for appropo knee highs, because I always loved the way grandmas insisted on wearing the knee-hi nude panty hose with their orthipedic shoes.
Granny chic....love it.
