At Week's End

Saturday night, I had the honor to attend the Second Annual Designing Dreams Fashion Show, featuring Sacramento designer Tiana Vega and ten other designers, who showcased their Nor-Cal talents to benefit the Sweet Dreams Foundation. The event was held at the historic, and lovely Memorial Auditorium for the second year running, and this year I had the pleasure of attending with my good friends and collaborators, Mary Lahr and Lindsay Rickman. 

It was kinda of funny to see that we all showed up wearing eclectic ensembles featuring black and white, with both Mary and Lindsay sportin' the polka dot. With front row seats, we all had a blast checking out the fashion-able audience as well as the fashions on the runway.

Sunday came all to quickly. But I was looking forward to setting up shop at the Fringe. It was a blast- there were so many great people shopping, and the folks selling there were all so warm and friendly. I'm thinking I might have to do this again!

    Alright Bella, you and I are probably around the same size. If we EVER do a dress swap....THIS is the one I want!!! It's soooo stinkin' FABULOUS and you wear it beautifullY! You look so girly! And could we talk about the embroidered boots!?!?! Hugs! ~Serene

    Oh what fun, I was wondering where those photos were from on the instagram. I love going to fashion shows. Great to see more Bay area talent, I think SF week was ending this wkd. as well. Adoring that runway dress very much. Enjoy your weekend Bella!.

    So, I'm looking at your post last night and my boyfriend goes, "That's my cousin!" haha. Glad you might do this again, cause I want to check it out next time. Is it a monthly thing? I ended up taking 2 dollar tree sleeping pills and waking up at noon super drowsy. Would have been cool to meet you.
