Maxi, to the Max: This dress is the second of three that I now proudly possess, thanks to the generous nature of my dear amiga, Idalia. This robe/lounge dress/morsel of fabulousity is straight out of the 1960's and its is strangely very snuggly. The terry cloth top and quilted floral skirt were quite comfy and kept me warm on a biting December day. I think I'm definitely changing my mind about maxi dresses.
It seems like Christmas is just around the corner, and I've yet to get into the Xmas spirit. I know I've got a special treat coming and still, everything seems a little bah humbug to me. Even my yearly eggnog latte from Starbucks failed to get me feeling the holiday groove. How about you: are you feeling the holiday spirit?
That dress is amazeaballs! I love it so much. Prints! Colours! <3
ReplyDeleteI'm not feeling the Xmas spirit too much this year either, although I am looking forward to two weeks off work.

The maxi is wild! But you kept your surprise till the end -- those boots are unbelievable! Terrific look and it's definitely '60s Holiday Hostess.

ReplyDeleteLove your skirt! I've yet to find a great maxi skirt that's affordable and, more importantly, long enough to actually be a MAXI skirt on me, not just ankle length.
ReplyDeleteI am really in the holiday spirit this year. We decided not to travel and we're having a very relaxing holiday, but the Christmas tree in the window is really doing it for me. That, and of course the kids are beyond excited about their gifts and Christmas in general.
Maxis are just totally your thing -- you look too awesome in them! I love love love the bright colors in this dress are amazing. I wish they made more styles like this!
